APPLICATIONS:
We all aspire to comprehensively map the inputs and outputs that compose a business. “If it’s not documented, it doesn’t exist,” and a visual representation makes it infinitely easier to collaborate and drive alignment across a team, pinpoint and diagnose a specific component of the machine when performance falters, and so on.
This template provides a collection of the frameworks that inspire our method. In addition, there is a blank Buyer Journey Map, which factors: user insights, Tactics / Channels, Content, KPIs, and more.
Simply make a copy of the template and away you go.
As a point of departure, I’d consider starting with the buyer journey stages and noting the content you have in market for each stage. From there, you can identify your content gaps to then fill them accordingly.
